Nash County provides a wealth of services to County residents and businesses. Ordinances Commissioners Departments
The provisions in the following chapters and sections shall constitute and be designated as the "Nash County Code of Ordinances" and may be so cited. The Commissioners are the governing body of Nash County. Nash County is divided into 7 commissioner districts, nearly equal in population. The boundaries are adjusted every 10 years following the Federal census.
