Claude Mayo, Jr. Administration BuildingNash County Government is made up of 20 departments and  is governed by a Board of Commissioners that continually endeavor to improve services offered to local residents. Nash County provides a wealth of services to County residents and businesses. We welcome your interest in the County's government and hope that this website will inform you of the opportunities in which Nash citizens can participate.

Ordinances Commissioners Departments
The provisions in the following chapters and sections shall constitute and be designated as the "Nash County Code of Ordinances" and may be so cited. The Commissioners are the governing body of Nash County. Nash County is divided into 7 commissioner districts, nearly equal in population. The boundaries are adjusted every 10 years following the Federal census.
